Wayne Bailey, B.Com, C.A.
Christchurch born and bred, Wayne graduated B.Com from Canterbury University. Wayne has 35 years experience as a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA). Wayne joined Geoff as a partner at Taurus Group in April 2000 bringing with him his accounting team from his previous chartered accountancy practice.
Wayne specialises in corporate restructuring, finance proposals and succession planning. He sees his role as that of a coach, or mentor, to those he works with. “I ask my clients to think ahead to where they want to be - whether it be retirement planning or wealth creation - then work alongside them to help them achieve their goals,” he explains.
Wayne believes strongly in the importance of putting something back into his community, and does so by serving on the board of charitable trusts, the Young Designer Awards and Floyds Charitable Trusts. He’s director of several private companies including Gold Band Finance Limited and enjoys working with his clients and the team at Taurus to achieve their success.


Robyn MacDonald, CEO, Optymise Limited
Optymise Limited is a web optimization company based in Christchurch, New Zealand and has been in the business of marketing websites since 1998.
Robyn started Optymise in 1998, her diverse background gives her a unique perspective on the convergence of marketing, design and technology. She takes an active role in developing their web marketing strategies and campaigns.

Mark Rocket, Advisor
Though not a Board Member, Mark regularly attends board meetings in an advisory capacity. He is a successful Internet and space industry entrepreneur based in Christchurch. He operates a myriad of Web-orientated businesses including Avatar Web Promotions and NZS.com. In 2006 one of his ventures, New Zealand Tourism Online, was purchased by Telecom Yellow Pages. Mark is a keen space enthusiast and over the years he has developed a wide network within the international space community. He is passionate about developing the privitisation of space access. Mark is a Company Director of Rocket Lab which has a focus on developing suborbital launch vehicles and space science technology.
